The following are ingredients needed for Hainanese Chicken/Chicken Rice, in three steps:
Chicken:
- One Fresh Raw Chicken
- Salt
- Water
- Green Onions
- Cilantro
Chicken Rice:
- White Jasmine Rice
- Lime
- Vegetable Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chicken Broth (You will have this after cooking the chicken!)
Sauce:
- Rice Vinegar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sugar
- Salt
- Lime
